Thank you for shopping at! The Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through our website.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the shipped date in its original condition. This clause is not applicable to customized/personalized products. Only defective items and wrong items shipped may be returned.

There will be no cash refunds. We will however allow either an exact replacement or an exchange for another product, whose value is less than or equal to that of the original good. Additional payment needs to be made if the exchanged item is of a higher value than that of the original.

The returned goods are your responsibility until they reached our office. We strongly recommend you to opt for a postage service that allows tracking of parcel.

Please download the return form here <>. Fill in the form, print out a copy, attach it with the defective or wrong item(s) and mail the item(s) back to our office at the following address:

Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge.
