Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when 1) your order has been received or 2) your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.
Yes. We do understand that sometimes you may have made a mistake or changed your mind. As long as you inform us within half an hour from the time you made the order, we are able to change your order (only for change of item to another of equivalent value or change of delivery address). However, due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to make changes to your order after the half hour dateline.
Once we receive your order, we strive to ship it to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, we are unable to cancel your order it has been processed.
